Our Midwest/Mid-Atlantic Pasture Pig Mix has been carefully chosen to adapt to the unique climate and soil conditions of the region. From the hot, humid summers to the cold, snowy winters of southern Minnesota, Iowa, central and northern Missouri, central and northern Illinois, southern Wisconsin, central and northern Indiana, Ohio, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, southern New York, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and northern New Jersey. It’s an instinct and inclination for pigs to forage for food. Foraging fosters nutritional variety, environmental stimulation, rooting instincts, as well as behavioral fulfillment and an outlet for their natural behavior. This mix produces a pasture that will contain approximately:

• 20% Kentucky Bluegrass;
