It is a non-selective and soluble post-emergence herbicide that inhibits the synthesis of aromatic amino acids that reproduce via biosynthesis, causing chlorosis and necrosis of younger crops, effective in combating various pests in banana and rice crops in others.

For a better preparation of the mixture, water is added to the tank up to half, the recommended dose of the glyfopac product must be poured and the mixture shaken well, continue adding water until the required volume is completed, the spray equipment is calibrated before the application to achieve uniform distribution.
